IAS Circle – Employee Policy

At IAS Circle, we are committed to maintaining a disciplined, performance-driven, and growth-oriented work environment. The following policies are designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and mutual respect between the organization and its employees.

1. Employment & Compensation Policy

  • Employees are offered roles based on their qualifications and performance during the selection process.
  • Compensation includes a fixed salary and performance-based incentives, as per the role.
  • For freshers, an initial training period stipend may be applicable, followed by a revised salary based on performance evaluation.
  • Salary structure and revisions are governed by IAS Circle policies and performance reviews.

2. Salary Disbursement Policy

  • Salaries are credited on the 10th of the subsequent month via digital payment modes only.
  • No cash payments are made under any circumstances.
  • In case of resignation without notice or incomplete handover, IAS Circle reserves the right to withhold or adjust pending salary against dues or policy violations.

3. Attendance & Discipline Policy

  • Employees must strictly adhere to official working hours.
  • A delay of 20 minutes or more may lead to salary deductions as per company policy.
  • Repeated late attendance or irregular behavior may result in disciplinary action.

4. Workplace Conduct Policy

  • Mobile Usage: Personal phone usage is restricted during working hours except for official work or emergencies.
  • Professional Conduct: Employees must remain focused on assigned duties and avoid personal tasks during office hours.
  • Office Timing Compliance: Employees must remain present during designated working hours unless approved otherwise.

5. Sales Performance Policy

  • Employees are required to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • While flexibility may be provided for short-term targets, monthly targets are mandatory.
  • In case of underperformance (e.g., sales below defined thresholds), IAS Circle reserves the right to review compensation, role, or continuation.

6. Probation Policy

  • Employees may be placed under a probation period (typically 3 months) after initial training.
  • Confirmation of employment depends on performance, discipline, and target achievement.

7. Leave & Working Days Policy

  • IAS Circle follows a 6-day working week.
  • Leave entitlements are governed by company policy and must be approved in advance.

8. Advance & Payment Adjustment Policy

  • Employees may request advance salary up to 50% of earned wages, subject to approval.
  • Any dues, advances, or overpayments will be adjusted in future salary cycles.

9. Notice Period Policy

  • Employees must provide a 45-day written notice before resignation.
  • Full notice period must be served for smooth handover.
  • Failure to comply may result in salary recovery or deduction for the unserved period.
  • Final settlement is processed only after successful handover and clearance.

10. Termination Policy

  • IAS Circle reserves the right to terminate employment in case of:
    • Poor performance
    • Misconduct
    • Policy violations
    • Behavior causing operational or financial loss
  • Termination may be immediate or with notice, depending on the situation.

11. Minimum Service Expectation

  • Employees are expected to serve a minimum period of 6 months for role stability.
  • In case of early exit, IAS Circle reserves the right to adjust or recover applicable dues, including training or business-related costs.

12. Policy Updates

  • IAS Circle reserves the right to modify or update policies at any time without prior notice.
  • Employees are expected to stay informed and comply with the latest policies.

13. Modifications to Terms

IAS Circle & PCS Circle reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Employee Form

Employee Form for – IAS Circle & other verticle belong to us

All employees scheduled to receive their salary on 1 May are required to complete this form. All details must be filled in by the candidate and must exactly match valid official documents. Handwritten or edited documents will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the form is not submitted by 2:00 PM on 1 May, the salary will be processed on 10 May. If the required documents are still not submitted by 10 May, the salary will be forfeited.
